anonomatic.com rebuild · Proposal · September 29, 2026

Live before Teradata tells the world.

A new anonomatic.com built from your page outline: outcome-first pages with three points each, a custom graphic for every point, and a Teradata section ready for the announcement. It stays on WP Engine and Divi, so your team keeps publishing the way it does today.

Enable AI with Sensitive Data

Every page closes the same way.Request a Demo

Layout example using the copy from your outline document. Switch pages above to see how every Solutions page shares one template: three points, one graphic each, one call to action. Every illustration here is an early concept we drew from the graphic brief printed under it, in the flat isometric navy, teal and gold style your outline asks for. Final artwork gets more detail and goes through your review.

What we heard on Monday's call

A hard date, a simple message, and a site you can run yourselves.

Here is how we understood it. If anything is off, tell us and we will fix it before work starts.

October 17 cannot move.

Teradata goes public with Anonomatic as its built-in provider, and its customers worldwide will come looking. The new site has to be live before that.

Business outcomes, not technology.

Who you are, what you do, why you are different. Each page makes three points, each with a graphic and one or two sentences. Technical detail lives on Platform and Developer Docs.

You write, we design.

Your team owns the copy. We own the visual storytelling: page design and new graphics in the style you already use, with options to choose from.

Keep what already works.

WP Engine and Divi stay, so your team keeps posting blogs as it does now. Every blog article moves over, and the contact form keeps feeding Salesforce.

Teradata is the custom part.

Why Teradata customers should care, the paid upgrades that drive revenue, and a registration-only Support and Training area. That area can follow after the 17th.

Fast feedback, sensible cost.

You are self-funded, and you committed to feedback within one day. Neil can make decisions until launch. That is what makes this timeline possible.

Scope, from your outline of September 27

Every page in your new menu, built and live.

We counted the pages and graphics straight from your document. Regulation and technique pages that exist for search stay published and get linked from the footer, as your outline asks.

Launch checks, in writing

What must work on October 15.

We test each of these on staging, and again on the live site the day we switch over. You get the checklist back with every line ticked.

When this happensWhat the site does
A Teradata customer lands on the home pageSees the announcement banner first. One click takes them to the Teradata page.
Someone opens an old blog linkThe same article opens at the same address, on the new design.
Someone opens an old page that movedRedirected to the right new page, never a dead end.
A visitor clicks Request a Demo and sends the formThe lead arrives in Salesforce, as it does today.
Your team publishes a new blog postSame Divi steps as now. It appears on the Blog and Resources pages.
Traffic jumps on October 17Pages are cached on WP Engine and load quickly. We watch the site all day.
Investment

Launch first. Add the portal when you are ready.

You said the registration area can follow after the 17th, so it is a separate choice. Pick one to see its milestones and dates below.

Why it changed

Our first quote was $3,800 for a straight rebuild over three weeks. Your outline adds more: 25 pages, around 45 custom graphics, the Teradata section and the Salesforce forms, finished two and a half weeks from now instead of three. The launch price below covers all of it. Nothing is hourly and nothing is open-ended.

Our promise

No page waits on a graphic. If any graphic is not signed off by October 13, that page launches with a clean interim version and the final artwork follows within five business days at no extra cost. The site goes live on time either way.

Option B in detail

Support and Training, behind a work email.

Built to the requirements in your outline. It runs inside your WordPress site, so there is no extra platform to pay for or log into.

  1. A Teradata customer enters their work emailon the Teradata page or in Developer Docs.
  2. They get an email with a personal access link.No password to remember.
  3. They land in Support and Training.Videos, step-by-step how-tos and a Q&A section, all searchable.
  4. Your team gets an email for every new registration. So sales can follow up while interest is high.

Your three core requirements

  • All registrations stored in one place, in your own WordPress database, with a download to a spreadsheet any time.
  • New registrations email Anonomatic, sent to the address or addresses you choose.
  • Registrants control their data. They can opt in or out of updates and remove their information themselves.
  • Your team adds content in WordPress, the same way it adds blog posts. We include a short video guide.
After launch

The same people, on call when you need them.

You asked to keep the team that built the site for updates later. That is how we work: the people who built it are the ones who maintain it.

30days free
Free fixes for your first 30 days live.

Anything that does not work as agreed, and small tweaks as the Teradata traffic arrives, all included. After that, choose how you want to work with us. No commitment either way.

What we need, and what it costs to run

Your accounts, your files, no new bills.

What we need from you

  • 1A WP Engine user invite with access to staging. We never work on the live site.
  • 2Your existing graphic source files, so new graphics match exactly. We can recreate them if the originals are lost.
  • 3Final copy for Home, Leadership and Careers. Your outline already covers the rest. Thank you for sending it so quickly.
  • 4How the Salesforce form is connected today, or temporary access so we can check.
  • 5Feedback within one day from Neil or Matthew at each milestone, as agreed on the call.

What it costs to run

  • Nothing new. Your current WP Engine plan and Divi licence cover the whole site.
  • No paid plugins added without your approval first. The portal runs inside WordPress.
  • If traffic outgrows your WP Engine plan after October 17, we will tell you with the numbers before you spend anything.
  • Covered by our mutual NDA. Credentials and unpublished content are handled as it sets out.

Prices assume the pages in your outline of September 27, with copy supplied by Anonomatic. Dates assume a signed contract and staging access by September 30, and feedback within one business day at each milestone. If either slips, we tell you the same day which items move so the launch date holds. Anything outside this page is quoted before any work begins.
